Shipping

Order Tracking & Delivery

Upon checkout, an email confirmation of your purchase will be sent. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you may track your order. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Note that during busy shipping periods, such holidays or sales, orders may take slightly longer to ship.

International Shipping

We are excited to provide shipping to most countries outside of the US for $35. If you need a rush shipment outside of the US, please contact us at hello@freelyrooedco.com  for availability and pricing.

After you place an international order with Bee & Kin, we will send you a form which outlines our policies regarding taxes and duties. We will need you to return the form with your signature to hello@freelyrootedco.com for the order to be processed.

Product

Returns

Freely Rooted Co. will accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased through the website within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Any merchandise submitted for return must be in its original condition and packaging with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet these requirements. For all orders shipped to the United States, please contact hello@freelyrootedco.com for a return label.

Refunds

We will send you an email as soon as your return is processed. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it often takes several weeks for a credit to show on a credit card account. If you have any questions regarding the status of a refund to a credit card, please check with your credit card company. In the event that your return is not approved, we will be in touch with our explanation and will send the item back to you.

Note that if your order was placed within the United States, all sales tax will be refunded. For orders placed outside of the US, we do not refund shipping costs, duties, or local taxes. International customers may be able to obtain a refund on duties and taxes by contacting their local customs office.
